HATSUMOMIDI

Mr. Harada who had his family business for many years as they stopped brewing sake and became a distributor of beverages. But one day, Mr. Harada was pressured to enter a industry tasting competition which he won in the prefectural competition eventually getting 2nd place in the national competition. He realized that the sake industry was missing something and thus he reopened the sake brewing business after many years to brew sake to suit the tastes that were missing from the industry.

Profound aromas of white peach, cantaloupe, and golden apple are followed by tropical fruits such as mangoes and papaya. A full-bodied sake, layered with complex flavors and balanced acidity.
