AYAKIKU SHUZO

The roots of Ayakiku Shuzo is love for our hometown. We take particular pride in our sake made from Oseto rice. Honorary Toji Mr.Kunishige, a contemporary master craftsman, has established sake brewing using Oseto rice through many years of research. Today, this technique and tradition are passed down to the Miyake Toji. The brewery is located in Kagawa, known as the birthplace of Japanese olives. In recent years, we have also been working on a new method of sake brewing using Sanuki olive yeast, which is discovered from olives.

A vibrant aroma takes center stage. It features flavors reminiscent of banana and gentle sweetness, followed by juicy acidity and umami. The fresh sensation and pleasant umami linger until the end.
