CHIYOMUSUBI SAKE BREWERY

The meaning of “Chiyomusubi’s to create strong ties with people and show appreciation of relationships among family and friends. Sakai Minato, Tottori where the brewery resides is very famous for a snow crab brand called Matsuba Gani and Chiyomusubi crafts their sake to pair with the luxurious crabs fresh from port. Chiyomusubi also utilizes Goriki rice, a variety of rice that used to be lost but revived due to chiyomusubi’s efforts in the production of sake from it. Only sake breweries from Tottori is allowed to use Goriki rice in sake.

CHIYOMUSUBI Daiginjo SAKE

This sake is highly aromatic, featuring tropical notes of pineapple, papaya, and guava. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth, delivering a long, silky finish. “Shizukusake” is crafted exclusively from premium free-run liquid.
