KOBE-SHU-SHIN-KAN BREWERIES

Kobe Shu Shin Kan suffered a devastating blow and was fully destroyed in 1995 during the Great Hanshin Kobe Earthquake. However with the help of the community, they were able to get back on their feet to as far as being featured at the Nobel Prize Nightcap Gala celebration as a toasting beverage. Today they are the first sake brewery in Japan to be fully sustainable and carbon neutral .
