This brewery’s brand,“Kuroushi” or “black bull”, is derived from a scenic landmark in Kuroe, Kainan City, where Nameten Shuzo is located.They now use the “black bull “to help navigate people to delicious sake. They pride themselves on being“junmai”specialists which is created by hand but with modern equipment to utilize their resources as efficiently as possible.
