Sasaichi is nestled in the border of 3 tectonic plates which makes sake brewing perfect. It provides excellent water born from the illustrious Mount Fuji, once chosen as the water carried by the Emperor for his journey from Tokyo to Kyoto. Also their location provides perfect drainage of rain that feeds the source of water. Their sake is focused on carrying the tradition of their ancestors in to the present with incredible food pairing sake.
