SHIRAGIKU SHUZO

The focus of the brewery is not only making incredible sake that showcases the many rice varieties available to them but also the significance of Okayama culture and craftsmanship. Finally being able to brew on his own, the brewery has revived two strains of unique sake rice that was thought to be extinct over the course of ten years for incredible sake only possible.
