YAMAGATA HONTEN

Mr.Yamagata,president of the brewery has a long history in sake. Responsible for the cold sake movement, not only in Japan,but in the US as well being the first to provide refrigerated containers to export sake. Their rice fields near the brewery gets rare hooded crane from Siberia visiting which prompted Yamagata honten to provide support in protecting them. His dream is to continue the family tradition of brewing sake and continuing what his great grandfather started.
